WATER FILTER REVIEW

Water plays such an important role in our health. Every home should have a water filter.

Depending on what you can afford, anything is better than nothing. From a portable jug on the bench, to an under bench system or a fully plumbed osmosis system. Get a filter or BE the filter!

Here are some important Questions to ask yourself before purchasing a filter:
How much money to spend?
Owner occupier or renting?
What contaminates do you want removed?
What percentage of contaminates are removed?
Portable or plumbed in?
How much bench space do you have? Or under bench space for reverse osmosis
Ask for a certificate of analysis this should be certified by a NATA a resisted lab or the National Sanitisation Foundation International (NSF) always verify NATA accredited
Consider the long term maintenance and cost of filter replacement
Consider your water pressure for plumbed in systems
Most filter jugs do little more than improve the taste and odour of the water and should not be relied upon to remove contaminants. You do get what you pay for! Always check the certificate of analysis.
